Heat haze/blur effect
Is there a way to disable the annoying heat haze/blur effect? I tried the CLEO mod and also adding "noblur" "noheathaze" to the INI file, as per several forum's advice. Neither of them worked unless I am doing it wrong? Please help

I believe it's called Radiosity in this game. You need to grab SkyGFX mod and disable it through the .ini file. Heathaze is also presented and tweakable through MixSets mod and Stream INI Extender. The last one is probably outdated.
