How can i download GTA:SA mods?

How do i install them, not where do i install them.

If you have downloaded mod from the site you wanted you should have the mod you downloaded in your downloads folder,extract the rar file and open exe file,then it asks you where to install,click on select folder and go into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common and select GTA San Andreas folder and click install. And thats it

Yes, but i was asking where do i extract it to and how do i enable it. I heard it was complicated so i had to ask.

Also,if you want to add custom texture,models or audio files you will have to use other softwares to open GTAs TXD file or audio banks,thats the complicated part of moding you heard probably.
