GTA SA 2 Mods with vorbisfile.dll

Hello guys ! I really need your help with modding. So, i wanted to install the widescreen fix and the chaos mod. But in order to install the mods, i need to replace the vorbisfile.dll. Since i cant use 2 of the same files i cant play with the 2 mods. Is there any solution for my problem ? I want to play the chaos mod+ the widescreen fix.
