GTA San Andreas Rockstar Nexus Downgrader not working?

I tried to re-install the downgrader from the link above, but the optional mods that came with the installer doesn't work, all due to this message:

"sorry, we're unable to reach the rockstar nexus service"

since the servers are out and who knows when they will come back, can someone give me links to which essential program I need to install in order to give-me the closest experience from the downgrader?

Everything except Remastered GUI and SkyGfx goes into the SA directory. For Remastered GUI and SkyGfx you'll have to make two separate folders inside the modloader folder.

It doesn't matter. You can name one "Remastered GUI" and the other "SkyGfx".
