Dual Wielding?
I'm at hitman level with the Micro SMG but I still only have 1 when I select it. Do I need to do something in specific to get 2 Micro SMGs at once?

no you should dual wield it automatically and you can not turn dual wielding off if you have once unlocked it

i went to ammunation to get a new gun and realized that i was using the tec9, but even when i got the micro smg it still wouldn't dual wield.

normaly this shouldnt even be a problem hmmm

what version do you play? steam version or did you downgrade to 1.0 and silent patched?
any mods?
any scripts/CLEO?
framelimiter is on?
is your hardware good enough to run the game? should be for an old game like this.
more then 1 monitor?
what OS do you have
desktop or laptop?

not sure if any of these cause the problem but all those things usually cause the main problems in this game so yea thats all the help I can give at this point

Downgraded and has Silent Patch
The only mods that I have make the game go into widescreen without actually stretching the screen and changes the UI to a more smoother looking one.
No scripts or CLEO
hardware is good
only 1 monitor
Windows 10
laptop

Start a new game and type the following cheats:

LXGIWYL
PROFESSIONALKILLER

Do you still only have one gun? Do you still receive the other benefits of having Hitman level (increased accuracy, etc.)?

Remember to restart your game before loading your main save after using cheats.

Open your stats menu in game and press S. Now go into your documents, open GTA San Andreas User Files, and there should be a new file called stats.html. Open it, and see what level your micro SMG skill is.

its not there. i did find gta_sa.set. I heard that it should be deleted. Should I remove it and see if it fixes the problem?

That file is just the settings file. It contains your keybinds and graphics settings and stuff. I very highly doubt it'll fix it, but it's worth a try.
