Bugged health bar in GTA SAMP

After dowgrading my version of GTA I installed SAMP but I am having a problem. When I go into a server I see two health bars. One is in the normal position but non functional (Doesn't change no matter what amount of health I have) and the second one is a large one , it works but it covers my money display. Any idea how to fix this ?

Mod on the server probably has its own HUD and probably requires you to turn game's HUD off.

I thought that at first too but I tried 8 different servers and it was the same leading me to the conclusion that it's a problem on my end.

same here happens :/
had it for almost a year now.

some dudes told me in valrise server that it had to do with something inside your modloader. there is a mod that's interfering with it. seek and fix it.

(yes i'm aware this is very old discussion. i'm just trying to search a fix for that problem thing.)
