Phone calls bug.

So lately when i got back into the game i've experienced a bug where i don't get phone calls, somehow i managed to fix that so i now can progress through the story but i still haven't gotten Sweet's call for the gym even though i can enter all 3, another call i didn't get is the one from Jethro about the street races, i've finished Driving School everything on gold and the garage missions after Yay-Ka-Boom-Boom. If someone haves a solution please help.
