"Yay Ka-Boom-Boom" Crash
I couldn't find anyone else with a similar post, except for "mission crashes". But this particular mission must work just fine for everybody else? Certainly not working for me.

I really wish I could get to the last mission on this game, but I can't because this mission crashes my game every time...

Near the end of doing Yay Ka-Boom-Boom, once CJ exits the crack lab, the game freezes for a few seconds and then crashes. I'm not sure if this is because of the Steam version of the game executable or something on my computer's end, however I believe it could be crashing because the blown up crack lab exteriors fail to load, but that's just a guess. I'm not 100% sure.

I've already tried many things to solve this problem, and still crashes before I can even finish this mission:
In the game's properties, I tried:
- Setting the compatibility mode for the executable to run using "Windows XP SP2"
- Disabling desktop composition
- Disabling visual themes
- Disabling display scaling on high DPI settings
After none of those seemed to work, I deleted my gta_sa.set file. Still crashed.
Then, I verified my game files and said it was missing 1 file. I loaded up my game hoping it would be fixed. The mission crashed again, at the same part, where it transitions to CJ exiting the crack lab.

Am I missing something here? My OS is Windows 7 Ultimate. Some help would be nice. I'm also running Silent Patch with this, and I don't think that has anything to do with it.
