User Track Player scanner does not detect my music
So, I got GTA SA on Rockstar Games for free after purchasing GTA V, how do I enable the user track? I've tried scanning it repetitively, restarted the whole pc and still nothing happens. I play on Windows 10, would that be a part of the issue I am currently having?

From the 'README' file that you didn't read.

"Check that any shortcuts in the "My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\User Tracks" are valid and that they have been scanned using the Scan User Tracks function in the User Track Options menu submenu of the Audio Setup menu. If trying to playback MP3, M4A or WMA tracks you may need to install Windows Media Player, QuickTime or a third party codec pack."
