How do I install mods to San Andreas?

Where do I start? I've bought the game via the Rockstar Games Launcher.
According to the game's files, it is v.1.0.0.22.
So what should I do?

rockstar game launcher version is even more trash then the newest steam version, you are lucky tho R* version recently finally got its downgrader so start from there
and eh this is the steam forum so yea I have no personal experience with the R* version except knowing its build up from latest steam version but even more removed content

Ok, so I downgraded, and now I can't run the game anymore because it requires 1536x864x32 video mode, which I can't do it in my monitor. So, how do I fix this issue?

I never heard of this problem before, are you sure you downgraded correctly? Like I said before this is the steam forum and not the R* version forum so I have no idea how the R* version downgrader works and many other people on here only work with the from steam downgraded version so try to ask on the R* forum somewhere
