Y-Axis fix mod without CLEO

Can I find any mod for y-axis sensitivity fix that doesn't require cleo because I don't want to downgrade to 1.0 and also I know silent patch fixes it but I don't like every feature of it.

I always use for these cases "InputMapper".
There you can create a profile for San Andreas and change sensitivity, bindings and a lot more

Thanks for help, I said that I don't like every feature of silent patch but I finally started using it because there is no other solution. Actually you can set mouse sensitivity at 8 bars and then lower your dpi but you will get a lot of pixel skipping. Thank you for help anyways.
