Where can I agree to Rockstar's 3rd party EULA so I can buy SA?
When I go on SA's store page to buy it, It doesn't let me, But I see this yellow highlighted text saying "Agree to the 3rd party EULA" or something like that, When I click on it to agree to it, I see no button that lets me agree to it.

You mean the text on the side, it just means that buy playing and buying this game you have agreed to the EULA. You don't agree to it on the store page, it automatically agrees when you launch the game for the first time.

The game is sadly banned in your country.

NoteTheNoob It keeps saying "You must enter a valid APO address and AE/AP/AA as your state." when I keep putting every single thing it asks for me when I'm changing my country.

Is the Steam version seriously banned in the U.S, or is this just a joke based on that proundly stupid "Hot Coffee" nonsense the blue-nosers were yelling about back in 2004-2005?

Probably not the whole of the US, but maybe in specific states.
