Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

My own annoying problem with Robbing Uncle Sam
I have a problem with Robbing Uncle Sam, I bought the game on Steam, but the version Steam has screws up my car mods that I like having in the game. With CLEO it goes CTD, without it goes fine but sometimes it's temperamental: I can either play through it when it wants to be played or repeating CTD till it wants to be played;

The only mods I have are a Chevy Avalanche to replace an Admiral, another Avalanche for a Landstalker and a 2007 Ford Expedition for a Huntley.

I've gotten through this before but it wasn't set on XP2 compatibility or on run as Admin. And I didn't need to set the affinity to one or two cores only

The GTA version I'm using is the 1.0 one over the Steam one as if I were to do the Steam version I would have to start from the beginning to get up to where I was: I had already completed all of the Los Santos missions leaving Robbing Uncle Sam, The Funeral one with Kane, and The Green Sabre to do before I can put the CLEO mods that let me save anywhere back in

TL;DR: Blame mods.

Don't even bother wtih the new steam version. Make sure you're playing with frame limiter enabled. When it's disabled it can screw up a lot of stuff. Your specs have definitely NOTHING to do with your issue, it's 100% mods fault. So you can either try to complete it without mods and then install them again, or download a game-save that has this mission completed. Alternatively you can send it to me, i'll complete it and send it back to you.

I had to turn the Fame Limiter on, Widescreen on, that MIP mode to on, put the other frame thing on 3 and I got through it and THIS TIME I made a backup save just in case! Now I can put my mods back in place!
