GTA SA can't find Audio Card installed?

I've cleared all caches, uninstalled and reinstalled, what's going wrong?

That problem i have few years ago. Nice

Control Panel > Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers. 

Expand it, right-click on the name of your sound card and Disable.

Re-enable it after doing that.

Alternatively, ensure that your audio drivers are up-to-date.

You may also want to ensure that the service is running.

If you're on Windows:

1) Press Windows Key + R

2) Enter...

services.msc.

3) Find...

Windows Audio

4) Ensure that"Startup type" is set to automatic.
