Silenced pistol not being sold at Ammu-nation.

I have completed both, Doberman and Gray Imports, but the silenced 9mm still is not available in Ammu-nation. Why?

That is weird, according to the GTAGamingWiki it is unlocked in ammu-nation after Doberman and you first get to see it from the bodyguards during the mission Madd Dogg's Rhymes if you choose to kill them.

Have you attempted to save the game and come back? Have you tried a different ammu-nation? Maybe you need to pick it up first at least once before you can actually buy it? (I don't think this is true, but I want to try it because it could potentially be a possibility.)

There is a pickup location at Commerce, Los Santos on top of the steps leading to the Conference Center.

Yeah I know, and one underneath a bridge leading to the Las Venturas stadium.

I have always thought completing Madd Dogg's Rhymes would unlock the weapon in Ammu-nation, but after looking it up on gta.wikia.com , it said Doberman and Gray Imports are required so I decided to keep my 9mm and the ammo. It didn't turn out how I expected.

Every FAQ I read said that you needed to complete Madd Doggs Rhymes, Doberman, Gray Imports, or some combination of them.

This was NOT true for me.

Hopefully, this saves someone else some unnecessary frustration down the road
