Burning Desire not working properly
Whenever I do the Burning Desire mission and get to the part where I have to save the girl and go to the room, the game fades to black and stays there for a long time. I dont actually know how long it is, since I always just restart the game whenever it happens for longer than 5 minutes. I'm using cheats such as fullclip, bulletproof..ity, mega punch and mega jump. I don't know if these affect the game's completeablity but I felt like I should mention that as well.

EDIT: I can hear the fire crackling and CJ saying something

Make sure you have the frame limiter ENABLED in the settings. If it's off, your game can softlock during fades to black.

Alternatively, install SilentPatch, which fixes this bug.

Incase the OP is wondering how it fixes the bug, it caps the game to 1000 FPS during cutscenes and black screens because going over this tends to softlock the game.
