Custom music doesn't work no matter what I do

I have tried everything. .ogg and .wav doesn't work and my computer automatically converts .mp3 to .m3u for some reason.

Found a solution for me atleast.

I deleted the -set file in the folder where you are supposed to put the music

I don't have a "-set" file in my user tracks folder.

Not in the user tracks folder, in the GTA User Files folder.

The .exe file I was talking about was located in Program Files. That's the one you wanted right?

I'm back. I couldn't check for a few days. Anyway, turns out I have V2.00 but I can install mods.

Yeah, you can have model and texture mods but that's about it.

Press ESC > Go to Options > Audio Setup > User Track Options > Scan User Tracks.

Try this incase you haven't, because it doesn't automatically scan.
