GTA SA Visual Glitch

Whenever I start the game the Main menu is totally f**ked up, like my screen looks like a "Technichal Error" Screen on TV but when I move the cursor over the sections it still makes the sound and I managed to start a new game (eventhough you were not able to see where to click) and it was the same there. And also it shows my distorted Taskbar at the bottom.
Btw i'm using Win 10.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try changing your resolution, if you can see where to go. If you can't, try deleting gta_sa.set (which can be found in your documents folder). If that doesn't help, I can tell you what to press on your keyboard to change the resolution blind.

Necroposter here. I managed to not encounter this personally, but OneDrive Documents folder synchronization conflicts or Windows Defender Security Center's Ransomware Protection / Controlled Folder Access blocking the game from working as it should may be a source of this.

Prevent OneDrive from backing up and synchronizing the Documents folder, or whitelist the game inside Controlled Folder Access if the feature is on, and this might cease the problem for good.
