About GTA Underground

I have been having trouble installing it as when I start my game it's saying "GetProjectVersion failed to import" and I read what the problem was, but I don't know what to replace it with. Can anyone help me with this?

The problem is over some ♥♥♥♥♥♥ mod named "Fastman92"

install new version underground, or old, you can reinstal gta sa and add this mod

So basically nobody here can give me an answer. Someone goes and posts a number, another person doesn't even speak in english and needs help, and a 3rd person gives me useless information. Just tell me what to do with this Fastman92 mod.

This doesn't help me at all. I have installed the newest version and I have reinstalled GTA. You clearly don't know what the problem is at all or what fastman92limitAdjuster_GTASA.ini is even.

I had to download all the screenshots part by part, but nonetheless it's a broken mod that needs some work to it. They focus way too much on multiplayer.

The game immediately crashes when it starts. It keeps claiming I need to uninstall Modloader even though I did and it's saying that this limit adjuster needs to be adjusted. What a broken mod. Whoever is working on it really needs to iron out the bugs. They haven't updated it in a year, there's tons of bugs that crash the game, and They put much more work on themselves adding content that was never in the 3D universe like GTA IV era cars and new areas and they are trying to put multiplayer in. If they stopped focusing on that until later after adding all the 3D universe crap, they could have already connected all the cities by land now, but they want to put more work on themselves.
