First of all i recommend you to delete the entire game mannually and re-download it.
After this, download the downgrader for GTA SA and install it. With it you can downgrade the game to 1.0 version (This is the only version that accepts mods). IMPORTANT: To be able to use any mod you'll need the ASI modloader (came with downgrader). Modloader is necessery because you can modify the entire game without changing any original file
After dowgrading, download the newer version of CLEO installer and install it.
Once you done all these things, install (a.k.a put all files into the modloader folder in GTA SA game files) the mod and be happy.
I recommend you to install the Open Limit Adjuster to add infinite space for mods and Silent Patch, MixSets to remove all bugs.
If your mod uses MOONloader instead MODloader (very rare), do the same thing but put the files inside moonloader after installing it.
**Avoid changing your GTA SA main files!! Instead use the MODloader, even for skins or tweaks mods. It will save a lot of your time when uninstalling them (just need to remove them from modloader folder)
I got the game before but I lost it, so now I got the Steam version and was looking to have SAPDFR installed again.
