Both are incompatible. Unless your mods uses Fastman92 Adjuster, i recommend deleting it and using only OpenLimit Adjuster
Do you have followed all the requirements they did to you do?
I recommend to uninstall your fastman limit adjuster and re-download it from: https://www.mixmods.com.br/2015/09/fastman92-limit-adjuster.html
The site is in PT-BR, just scroll it down and find Download for GTA SA, its the newer version of your adjuster. Maybe it comes with a README in english to help you.
