GTA: SA Controls and Camera Movement Problem

idk my mouse seems work perfectly, if im not mistaken, we can move the camera with mouse (on foot or in vehicle) but my GTA: SA is not working for that. i launched the game from R* launcher. or if someone have a keyboard control setup for GTA: SA i really want to know so i'll just need to copy it. My keyboard doesn't have a NUMpad

PS. everytime i load the game, sometime the camera spin so fast and the angle is from eagle view kinda like you play chinatown but it spins. pls help, txx

yeah, idk either. i played the pirated version back in the old days and i still remember that the control is fine. i guess it's because R* launcher.

The game is free with the new Cockstar launcher yet the game is broken. I also had the skidrow release from back in the dayes- it worked fine.

I just uninstalled it. If cockstar don't wanna fix it -I will just play the pirate.

yeaah, at least we got it free from the launcher, R* can't blame us then because we got it for free. tx for the response.
