DirectX 9 (Windows 10)
How can I install DirectX 9 on Windows 10? I can't play GTA San Andreas without DX9, so, I need to install it.

If you do find a way to fix it please do post it here.

Don't download a previous version of DirectX by the way. It will fix the issue with GTA San Andreas maybe but you won't be able to play a lot of modern games.

This error is misleading - what you need to do is enable DirectPlay (google a bit, it's a single option in Windows). You can also install SilentPatch to get rid of this dependency (and thus, this error message).

Win + R > optionalfeatures.exe > Legacy Components > DirectPlay
