(Closed) Story Progression has halted in Las Venturas
I just got the key for the Las Venturas heist, as well as completing the mission High Noon, and so far no new missions have activated. Is there something I'm missing? I've bought almost all of the properties in LV, so that's not an issue. Is the game bugged or something?

If you only just finished High Noon and Key to Her Heart, then you still have other missions to do before you're ready for the heist.

The Heist unlocks only after these two missions are completed:

That's the problem. I don't see any other missions on the map. I've tried checking in at the Dragon casino as well as the one where Rosenberg stays, and nothing. I have no clue what to do next.

Did you remember buy Zero's RC shop in San Fierro and do his missions?

Yes, those were some of the first missions I did in San fierro actually. I definitely did several heist preperation missions in LV. I remember stealing blueprints, doing something at the Dam and the rock quarry. I also did the Cop Wheels mission. Only thing I did after that was High Noon and I killed the Casino GF to get the key.

Up, Up, and Away and Mark's Bistro haven't activated for me yet., but I'll check one more time, just to be sure.

Nope, nothing. All that's left on the map are shops, minigames and save points. There's a screenshot I took, but I'm not sure how to post it here.

I've never killed the casino chick to get the key. Do you have a save before that? If so, try banging her a few times to get the key instead.

Zeros mission are completely optional they have nothing to do with story progressions

No, I only used one save. The thing is, I used a guide that specifically said to kill her to save time and get the key sooner. Before that, that was the only mission left on the map.

You just post the Steam link to your screenshot.
As for the problem at hand, I seem to remember a problem that I experienced a while back in LV where I couldn't find any missions and it turned out that the next mission was at the airfield that you get when you get to that part of the map. Try checking there.
