slow texture loading. please help!

im trying to install some cars mod on my folder game. it's work, i can playing with 60 fps but slow texture mod loading. how to fix it?

I've noticed this happening too. My guess is that there is something about high poly meshes in the engine that it can't handle. I mean, the game is running on DX9 from 2004 after all. There are other script mods that change the renderer to stuff more designed for that sort of thing like OpenGL, but I have yet to find one. I think I saw a mod of that nature on GTAGarage...

I've played a crack version before purchase this game. I keep all of my mod install files from crack games and install for original game from steam. But i've got some bugs, i think i should downgrade my game. Thank you for reply.
