Black Screen

When i'm enter the garage in Cesar Vialpando mission the screen goes black but i can hear the music and the sound i can even press ESC to pause the game but the rest is black.

I downgraded to 1.0 and i have Win 10

Have you got the frame limiter enabled or disabled in the video options?

It needs to be enabled. Without it, the game runs into lots of game-breaking glitches such as this.

That's the point. The frame limiter limits the game to 25 FPS (26 FPS on the Steam version). The higher FPS, the more issues you will encounter. SilentPatch will increase this limit to 30, and it also fixes cutscene crashes when running at high FPS. You can also force VSync on in your GPU control panel (assuming your monitor is 60 Hz), which will make the game more bearable, but you will notice some small bugs.

It's annoying, but that's the way it is. It's not hard to get used to though, so I really recommend the game even if you run it at 25 FPS.

Im having the same issue but the frame limiter solution isnt working, The game works fine but when I try to start a mission after the cut scene its just a black screen i can pause the game and walk around do everything but I have a black screen

I encountered this within the first less than half hour of the game and so many other glitches and issues that the game is impossible to play. I don't understand how they possibly could have thought it was properly ready for steam release when it does not function at all. I tried about 5 different times but kept getting different issues that made the game completely unplayable. I wish that I had tried to play it immediately after buying it instead of falsely assuming that it would work properly. I would have at least got a refund if I had tested whether the game even works or not within the first day or two. But not of course not. Buy a broken game that is entirely unplayable because Steam.
