Cant move with weapons while aiming ? (Even though my weapons are hitman skilled)

I noticed something strange. I cant move while aim. This is an issue with my AK and the pump shotgun. Even though i have both weapons at the Hitman skill. What am I doing wrong ?

Well there's nothing you can do.

You can play without Frame Limiter, but weapon skills won't work properly, or you could downgrade your game, so that the game has 60fps, not 28-30

Downgrading doesn't give you 60 FPS. The game breaks without the frame limiter on every version.

Well i kind of messed up my wording. What i meant is SilentPatch, like, downgrade your game, and have silentpatch on, but will that fix anything?

I dunno, Im an idiot with SA modding :P

No. No mods fix physics breaking with high FPS.

Im trying to think of a way to explain it, but it seems its quite a challenge.

I mean the problem with the frame limiter, by using silentpatch on the downgraded GTA:SA, and having Frame Limiter on.

And yes, I know that it won't fix the physics with it being turned off.

Well. San andreas is a VERY buggy game. But atleast its not gamebreaking. Just sad to see that Rockstar just ♥♥♥♥♥ and dosent do anything about it.

if you play with frame limiter on there arent that many gamebreaking bugs anymore and I doubt rockstar can do anything about it since the whole engine is bound to FPS
