Making the German version uncut ? (Deutsche version uncut machen)

I know I already made a similar threat. But playing the game was still impossible due to constant crashes (during Missions) and other annoying things. Does anybody know how i can make the German version of this game uncut ? The Game should be the same as the steam version. I just want the abilites to collect money from killed pedestrains, punching enemies that are on the ground and shooting off heads with rifles. Anybody knows how i can make the german version uncut ? ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ german censorship destroys everything. Anybody please help.

Wie gesagt habe schon ein ähnlichen thread gemacht. Aber ich brauche wirklich hilfe am meisten von der Deutschen community. Ich will das spiel uncut kriegen. Das spiel soll genauso sein wie die steam version nur uncut. Bitte hat es jemand geschafft die Deutsche version uncut zu machen in 2017? Und wenn ja dann wie.

I installed a uncut patch. then I downgraded to version 1.0 then I installed silent patch. then I installed CLEO and a "radio always off" script and I beat the game with less then 100 crashes. Its really really awful and was a lot of work getting it to run, I advise you not going through that trouble and just buying a physical 1.0 interational CD

So... Ich habe es irgendwie geschafft... Kein patch oder tutorial hat mir geholfen. Nichtmal der der mir geschickt wurde den habe ich auch ausprobiert. Ich war so frustiert und habe alles versucht und es irgendwie geschafft... Ich habe eine russische steam Version aus dem Internet gedownloaded und mit dieser experementiert. Ich habe den Gta San andreas Ordner bei Steam gelöscht und ihn durch die russische ersetzt. Ich habe das versucht ein neues spiel zu starten und bin dabei 3 mal gecrashed aber nach dem 4 mal habe ich es geschafft... Ich habe jetzt die Russische steam version die ich aber auf englisch sprachig umgestellt habe. Bis jetzt habe ich ne weile gespielt, mehrere Missionen gemacht und mehrmals das spiel beendet und nach einer halben stunde angemacht um zu gucken ob noch alles funktioniert oder das spiel automatisch zur Cut version wird. Aber es geht bis jetzt alles... Ich werde ne weile weiter spielen und gucken ob es immernoch so gut läuft.
