Create a folder and put it inside.
Launch it and set up your gamepad (some buttons on the right are different than they should be).
When set, there should be some new files, if i'm right, you can close x360ce.
Copy these files into root folder (Where you launch GTA).
Launch the game and play, of course you should have installed ginput mod by Silent.

I made it with my crappy esperanza gamepad (copy of playstation's one, but with numbers instead of symbols on the right), which doesn't support xinput.
