If you do, try doing some of them in different sessions (10*10 or 20*5) - just some advice
If you want to cheat (though I don't recommend it, just do the damn tags, bruh, because if you cheat now, it's like downloading a 100% save from a site and boom 100%, it's not as satisfying and nullifies your "I completed the game 100%, no cheats") you can download a save file editor.
Though you'll still have 50 oysters to collect (which take more effort as they're in waters all over San Andreas), 50 snapshots, 50 horseshoes so you'll have 150 collectibles to get all over San Andreas and you think 100 tags which are only in Los Santos take forever? Prepare then.
To be fair, downloading it wouldn't be too bad, if it didn't have the whole game finished.
I've trying to find a video where it used the fastest route to get all spray tags.
If you know any, i'd be very pleased with your help.

Your welcome
Crazy Trainer knows GTA SA is running, but doesn't seem to know my stats.
It doesn't know where to function.
How I do it, just go to something like wikigita.org, put the map with spray tags in photoshop or paint whatever, and go one by one and mark the ones you have done.
As soon as you finish that, an ak47, tec-9, shotgun and molotov will spawn in your first safehouse.
If you're really that lazy, I would almost say you don't deserve a 100% checklist...
I hope they make a certain achievement in the next gta for the people who 100% the game without cheats
