[Fixed/Downgrade the game] Cesar Vialpando Mission is so laggy
I cannot beat it because the arrows appears so laggy and never smooth. I tired many times. Any help please? Thanks. The game is running smooth and everything perfect except that mission it is so laggy.

Enabling the frame limiter should fix this.

Hey thanks for your reply. I did that it was not much of a helpful. It is not as smooth as it use to be in a non-Steam version game. I did downgrade and all that but nothing seems to be helping. My computer is great and it runs it amazing everything is perfect but I don't know that mission the arrows are laggy and not so smooth.

I've searched a little bit and some people said they fixed this problem by turning off the sound in-game, and/or turning the graphics onto the lowest settings. Try the sound one first, and if it doesn't work then turn the graphics down. Let me know how it goes.

Do not reinstall your Os. Find the gta-sa.exe in E:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, right click the .exe and I don't know the exact words because they are all Chinese. Only change the .exe to make it run under win7 mode ,you can always change it back. Steam Cloud always backup the file, and you can also make local backup. I just changed it and it fixed the problem, which win10 can only run once and in box window.

It'll be in English if your Windows locale is English. Obviously.

My steam is installed in E:\, yours is probably in C:\, I just copy my file way to show you how to find the .exe. Haha, I am chinese, so my OS is in Chinese. After finding the .exe, you could google to find how to run a program in win7 Compatibility Mode. Maybe this game is to old to run in win10, running in win7 Compatibility Mode fixed my problem, may it fix your laggy problem too.
