Riot Mode Glitch

I started using the game cheats a while ago but the stateofemergency cheat which starts riot mode causes problems with my game. In cutscenes, npcs will attack anyone around them like its still the riot (but its only in the cutscenes that are the cross between gameplay and scripted cutscenes, not the kind that open a mission)

Well if you didn't know, if you save during any activated ped cheat it transfers to all saves and can only be fixed with a complete reinstall of the game and starting a new save since any of the saves affected can't be repaired.

So basically all I have to do is reinstall, and make a new save. K Thanks bro ill see if it works
