black screen Windows 10

After quitting gta sa, it led to a black screen and i cannot do anything about it. I tried alt tab and alt ctrl del and nothing happened. Doe this happen to you too? If you have any help or same problem feel free to reply.
I also tried the command prompt instructions from this youtube video but the black screen sometimes appear.

Specs: i5 6400
gtx 1060 3gb
ssd 120 gb ocz trion
HDD 1Tb seagate
Windows 10

Yes it happens to me too, its a exclusive fullscreen mode problem.

Its just a direct x 9 bug that cant be fixed sadly :/

Nah, Microsoft needs to fix it, its a Direct X 9 issue.

Only way i fixed it was getting a windowed mode mod.

To install the windowed mode mod you must Downgrade and learn how to install mods.

Watch these 2 videos.

So follow video 1 to downgrade to allow installing mods and video 2 for how to mod and the windowed mode.

It doesnt turn on in the settings, its turned on automatically.

hmm. That is wierd cos i downloaded the mod from this link: http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=4404

Thus the mod did not turned on automatically. Did you get your windowed mod from this link too?

In the modding video i included this, in the video i installed Wide-screen Fix, Wide-screen HOR+ Support and a working windowed mode, just follow the video and i even showed you how to install the mods I installed.
