no vsync?

Frame limiter just limits the fps to 25. How do I get a vsynced 60 fps image? I'm using amd and forcing it through radeon settings has never done anything.

The frame limiter is the vsync. Also why would you want vsync? It's terrible...

Going above 30FPS will bug the ♥♥♥♥ out the psyhics and stuff in the game.

how does my pc affect screen tearing? Regardless of how many frames I can get i'm still going to get tearing if I don't have vsync.

My rule of thumb for Nvidia gpu: ingame vsync off, panel on, ingame frame limiter off (unless certain missions it has to be on, Home Invasion, flight school, etc., otherwise msi afterburner frame limiter set to 3fps lower than monitor.
