Why can't we upload artworks?
We can't upload artworks to the GTA San Andreas community. Why?

What do you mean by artwork?
You can upload screenshots and gif to GTA SA Community hub in steam

Yeah i know that. But the whole 'artwork' button isn't on the GTA SA community.

Maybe game is so old steam simply didn't bother to implement it for SA.

Or it's a bug
