Saving or loading crashes the game!

ALL I WANT IS TO PLAY GTA SA WITH SILENT PATCH AND 60 FPS!

Here's what I did that may have caused it:
Downgraded to version 1.0.
Installed Sanny builder 3.
Installed CLEO 4.1.
Installed silent patch.
Installed 60fps CELO mod.

After I did all that in the order it's written, and after deleting GTA SA and doing it all over again a couple of times in case I did something wrong, the game crashes when I save or load a game.

ANY SOLUTIONS???

It said I needed it for Cleo..

You need to downgrade your version to 1.0 first in order to use Silent Patch. It doesn't work on the steam version.

You need an ASI Loader for cleo.

Even if you downgraded, the save files won't work because they only work for the version they were created on.

It can't be because of the versions, because when I save it also crashes.

You just said it crashes when loading, so how do you manage to load up a save and even try to save??

Saving OR Loading, I tried starting a new game and saving.
