for me its better zomboid, more action and fun, less sim crap
The game is far far more shallow then Project Zomboid. The style is supposed to be a mixture between 'Cataclysm: Dark Days Ahead' and 'Project Zomboid'. For now it does neither well but combines elements a little bit from both in a wonky way.
Quality is mediocre for now, getting gradually better though. It's a really - really - jank product though.
If the game gets proper building mechanics, actual gradual progression options (rather then the short-lived unlocks) and more balancing as well as a bit of de-jank for the mechanics then it can become a great game potentially.
So, personally... I would say it's worth it if you're heavily into the action aspect, absolutely not if you're into any sort of base-building or progression based gameplay. Both of those are very very lackluster still.
I enjoyed the game when I last play but sadly right now it is unplayable for me.
