Newest Wizard Update NOT working Help!

So we downloaded it of course but the wizard is nowhere to be found. Uninstalled, reinstalled, nothing. Even got online to go see if we could see it on someone elses hosted map, nope not there, but we could see some potions FROM the update that those players had interacted with and then discarded. So im very confused, anyone else having this issue? Do i have to complete something in order for him to show, or is this a glitch of some sort? Any help would be appreciated cause my son is itching to play it.
