Grab things require hold on?

Hello this game require to hold down buttons for grab things or your game have also option for grab things with 1 single button press?

For example in the videogame Totally Reliable Delivery Service it's not possible to grab things with 1 single press,is need hold on and so this make the game unplayable for people with some problem health.

and this game is already on nintendo switch too? if NO will you release on it?

This is something we could implement in the future, maybe some sort of toggle?

Currently not on Nintendo Switch but we do hope to get it on there in the near future
