how do you get devil costume and rocket car?

To get the devil outfit you have to go through the cave/waterfall at the tropical island and collect the gifts inside the cave.
to get the rocket car you have to look in 1 of the opened shipping crate down at the cargo, i believe the crate is red.

for the costume do you mean the small crystal cave which is part of the race track because its empty?
