can't pass Cherry Popper mission and Dildo Dodo

when I sit in the Cherry Popper car, horn is not working and there is no counter for deals.
As well skimmer in Dildo Dodo mission of Film Studio is not flying after pressing num6.
Anyone faced same problems?

Thx for your answer. I've found solution on the other forum. Deleting file gta_vc.set in C:\Documents and Settings\Admin\My Documents\GTA Vice City User Files helped me - after that everything worked perfectly!

Turn your frame limiter ON and then try to use LSHIFT for normal horn.I made my game work this way.
