problems with mouse sensitivity

I'm having trouble with mouse sensitivity, no good fit
when I make adjustments in conguraçoes, the mouse vertically continues fast, adjustments only work in horizontal ...

Anyone have this problem and know how to solve?

The easiest and most reliable solution.

1. Set the mouse sensitivity to its default setting in the options menu of the game.
2. Manually change the mouse sensitivity in the mouse options in the Windows control panel or Mac settings utility

With mods.

1. Download http://www.gta-downloads.com/en/gta-vice-city/trainers/1682-y-axis-mouse-sensitivity-fix.html
2. Extract the contents of racers_vcsens.zip to a continent location.
3. Open vcsens.txt and follow the provided instructions.

The VCSens fix doesn't work anymore as it's for an outdated version of the game. It just makes the game freeze. Apart from changing the windows settings the only other solution is to crack the game. Pretty stupid that steam sells broken products.
