No new missions appearing
I've recently finished the mission "Trojan Voodoo" and upon completion, no new missions are popping up, the only things on my map is a safe house, the "V" for Vercetti mansion and the "Cherry Popper" Ice cream distibutation mission.
If anyone knows how to fix this, or shed some info on this please let me know
P.S I havn't played this game in ages and it could be possible that I may have completed it as I can't remember if I have, when I check my stats however it says I am 27% complete.
Thank you

Buy the Malibu Club ($120,000) and once you complete the final mission for there, you can progress. You will actually have to buy all of the businesses and finish all the missions for them. If you don't, you won't be able to complete the game. @vadymmykh, tap left shift quickly. If it doesn't come on the first time, wait a couple of seconds before doing it again.

@andrews2547 Solved this turning ON Frame Limiter. That son of ... made my narcodiller life bad. Still, I just started to buy clubs and business buildings, but the MAIN MISSIONS are very small. Completed main quest in 4 hours.

You start the Boatyard mission by entering a boat there, the Pole Position asset just requires you to spend 500 bucks at the club, and for Sunshine Autos, you have to collect cars that are listed near the garages at the place.

Sorry to bother everyone in here, but what should I do if I don't have enough money to buy Malibu Club?

Ugh, I rather not grind. Hate that. Is there any other solutions? Maybe even cheat codes?
Yeah just take the vigilante missions. Basically park the car in a garage (from an asset you bought) and then leave. Type in bigbang and all the cars except those in garages will be destroyed. Go back inside the cop car to start the next level, and repeat until you earn enough money. bigbang is also helpful in missions where you have to kill people and destroying vehicles wont end in mission failure.

I would advise against using codes, as any save you make while codes are active become corrupt. Instead, just do the Vigilante missions without the codes. The payoff starts out small, but it's cumulative, and it increases FAST. Same for the Rampages and the Stunt Jumps. Getting the hidden packages is a good way to get cash too.
if the game is set to compatibility for windows 7, the black screen that results from saving games with cheats enabled wont be concerning. if it happens, just keep shift + tab 'ing until the game starts up. im not sure about compatibility to w8, but i do know if set to xp it's over. :(

here are some other good cheat codes:

preciousprotection - gives you full armor
aspirine - restores you to full health
thugtools
professionaltools
nuttertools - these 3 give you sets of weapons
leavemealone - decreases wanted level
gettherefast - spawns...fast red car
betterthanwalking - spawns a golfcart

Yeah, I ended up using big bang code near my garage with a cop car, I got enough cash so fast that it even amases me why people would even want to grind something that seems just sooo boring? I guess I am just not patient to do a lot of time stupid stuff over and over again.

Oh, and I apperantly got an upgrade to have max armor 150 now, which seems pretty cool. Will definetly help me not to die so quickly.

I guess some people are against cheating and just enjoy the grinding. But those are different pov and it's ok.
