No Missions After "Publicity Tour"

I've done every mission that showed up on the map. The last mission was Love Fist's "Publicity Tour", where they have to defuse a bomb and you are driving. I haven't received any phone calls. I've read that you have to buy properties, but which ones? The only property I've purchased so far is the ice cream one.

Yes, you have to buy properties. As far as I remember the main ones are Malibu club, Printworks and Movie production company. I recommend you to buy Malibu first, because its the most expensive, and if you don't and spent money on other ones you may have not enough money for Malibu. After you complete Malibu missions you will have enough money to buy another property, also Malibu club gives the biggest profit in the game. Side properties - Ice cream company, Taxi company, Yacht club, Sunshine Autos, Pole position club.
