They should have done it this way for San Andreas too instead of just removing the songs for everybody.
A few months ago. They added Xbox controller support, broke then fixed the 1920x1080 resolution (again!) and removed some music.
I believe mouse control was broken too but I wouldn't know since I just restored my old version from backup to get the music back and installed the silent patch and ginput mod for controller support.
These songs were removed:
