Cleo for Vice City.

Google has been nothing but a bane in trying to find it for vice city. I keep getting it for san andreas. I just want some free camera controls for this damn game and i'm tried of jumping through hoops for nothing.

THis is my last resort as mods seem to only half ass the mods thay make for vice city or its just garbage.

I just want some damn free camera controls. I don't want to download several ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mods just for ONE PURPOSE. I'm getting really pissed off at all the dead ends i keep running into or it points me in the wrong direction.

Also do note you need to get a 1.0/1.1 EXE. CLEO for III and VC don't work with a Steam version.


Also, why would you complain so much about mods? There ARE mods which are well done and cannot break your game at all.
