Long loading screens after cutscenes
I have recently downloaded Vice City and I have noticed that it takes a really long time to load back into the game after a cutscene has ended. What can I do to fix that?

Did you have enabled the frame limiter ? Most of issues in Vice City are caused by an unlocked frame rate.

I did indeed unlock the frame limiter, is there any way around it? With the frame limiter, the game is not nearly as enjoyable

The game is made to run at 30 fps, going over it will break it. You can use the frame vigilante mod to make it run at 60 fps with only minor issues.

Understandable. Where do I get my hands on the vigilante mod?

I recommend just using this big mod which includes everything needed to make the game run the best, look the best, put in missing features and remove bugs.

It includes framerate vigilante as well.

If you only want the Framerate Vigilante then download only 1_02 and 5_03.
