[RESOLVED] Problem with the skimmer.
anyone can help me? i can't fly with the skimmer, i stay in the water but he is not too strong to fly, i used the buttons for flying, but anything happened, help please!

Did you turn off "frame limiter" in the options? I had a similar issue on san andreas when it was disabled.

Generally if you turn off the frame limiter in GTA games it causes some physics bugs.
I could be wrong though, it may be something else.

Thank you unixfreak, the frame limiter was the solution, i turned it on and now the f*****g skimmer fly; Thank you Iv@n too, but i changed the buttons for the fliyng movement, and this frame limiter is a bad problem!!

I played on my laptop and tried serval times but still failed to fly. The plane is still on the water. The engine turns very slowly. Wandering if that is a bug? Or I need to finish much mission and % of
complete or upgrade my fly level?
