Trojan Voodoo mission question?

Since this mission makes gang of that area hostile what list of mission should i do before it becomes difficult.Like I already did the katana rampage in that area.Didnt do any pizza , firefighter or ambulance mission or any races or stunt missions till now.

In all honesty, you shouldn't worry too much about Haitian gangsters. Gangs in Vice City are nowhere near as powerful and reactive as GTA III's. Cruising in their territory is not as dangerous as it sounds and you can clearly manage to complete any story and side quests you need despite them becoming hostile.
It's really a good thing R* fixed that because doing, say, Paramedic or anything in GTA III was hell after every Portland gang was after you.
