what places do i need to buy to unlock the final missions?

so far i have the place with the race car flags, the movie studio, ice cream place, and the malibu club, what else is left required?

Kaufman's Cabs
Print Works
Sunshine Auto Show Room
Boat Yard
Pole Position Club
The Malibu Club
Film Studio
Cherry Poppers

And the mansion on the island between Cherry Poppers and 1102 Washington Street after taking out the boss.

Not entirely sure that you need all of them, but those are the places you could need. For me, the hardest is the Film Studio, trying to drop leaflets around set points.

Currently, I own all of them except The Malibu Club, as well as other properties, but remain stumped by the Film Studio mission.

hm seems like i had em all except the boat yard and sunshine show room, which i just now bought to. i hope i wont have trouble with that film studio mission.. i never got the chance to beat the game myself when i had it on ps2

I also cant figure out how to get the final mission, have everything bought and no missions to do.

Wow, if this is the case then gta3 is better then V.C for me. Gta3 didnt have you doing lame side missions in order to progress the main game.
