Not entirely sure that you need all of them, but those are the places you could need. For me, the hardest is the Film Studio, trying to drop leaflets around set points.
Currently, I own all of them except The Malibu Club, as well as other properties, but remain stumped by the Film Studio mission.

Wow, if this is the case then gta3 is better then V.C for me. Gta3 didnt have you doing lame side missions in order to progress the main game.
